No one has time to read the manual these days, because there are too many of them and they're too long and they're written all wrong. We need to get it across to the people who write manuals that NO ONE reads the manual unless they're in trouble, so write the damn manual for people who are in trouble and desperate to find the answer to the ONE question that's bugging them at this instant.
